Hello my lovelies, and welcome to Pretty Little Kisses, a blog about make-up and prettiness! I am Kel, a 20 year old college student all the way from the UK! Dabbling in make-up is simply a small hobby of mine, as well as an indulgence. I have been into make-up since I was 15, so for a good five years or so now!

This blog is here to share my little finds in make-up and to give you guys and idea of what I do and don't like in cosmetics. Of course, what I do buy is limited to mostly drug store make-up, as I am a budgeting beauty, so no high end stuff here! Apologies, dears xxx
